When you book ClubADK for a wedding, you're not renting a room in someone else's event space. You're taking over an entire private mountain retreat. The lodge, the grounds, all seven rooms, and the surrounding Adirondack wilderness are yours for the weekend.
We host a limited number of weddings each year, and we take each one personally. Our coordination team knows the venue, the vendors, and every season of the Adirondack calendar intimately.
Indoor ceremony in the Grand Lodge with the fireplace as your backdrop — or outdoors in the meadow, lakeside, or forest clearing. We've done both, in every season.
All seven rooms, the full lodge, grounds, and parking area are exclusively yours. No strangers in the hallway. No shared check-in desk. The whole place is yours.
Use the lodge dining space and commercial kitchen for your rehearsal dinner the night before. A proper gathering place, not a generic banquet room.
Extend the celebration with a Sunday morning brunch. The mountains look different after a wedding — quieter, more vivid, more yours.
Our in-house team handles setup, vendor coordination, flipping spaces, and day-of logistics so you can actually be present for your own wedding.
Ceremony sound system, string lights, candle stands, and basic A/V are included. Additional production available through our preferred vendor network.
Winter weddings at ClubADK are famous for the horse-drawn carriage exit through the snow — an optional add-on that turns a great wedding into a legendary one.
The lodge interior, the snow-covered grounds, the forest, the meadow, the frozen pond — your photographer will have more locations than hours in the day.
The Pole Barn is our timber-frame outdoor pavilion — open-sided, sheltered by a green metal roof, and strung with lights from rafter to rafter. In fall, the surrounding Adirondack forest provides a backdrop that no florist in the world can replicate.
Available for outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hours, and open-air dinner receptions. When the sun sets and the DJ starts, it becomes something else entirely.

Intimate, focused, deeply personal. A Friday–Sunday elopement package gives you the whole property, ceremony coordination, and dinner in the lodge.
